Borotakia Motors Ltd

In 2005, Borotakia Group aimed for its current successful 3-wheeler business under the name Borotakia Enterprise. By importing 3-wheeler vehicles (12 seater), installed with Suzuki Engine, from Monika Motors Limited, Thailand, Borotakia Motors 3-wheeler is considered one of the best product in the passenger 3 wheeler sector. As of December 2012, we imported and distributed 4000 units of 3-wheeler all over the country. In 2011, We introduce another company Borotakia Motors Ltd. for the business of 2-wheeler (Motorcycle) in Bangladesh market. From 2012, we are importing and distributing PIAGGIO branded motorcycle for Bangladesh market.

Arin Motors

In 2004, Borotakia Group introduced another sister concern Arin Motors for distributing commercial vehicles. It started its business with the distribution of commercial vehicle of Volvo Eicher trucks (India) imported by Runner Motors Ltd. Arin Motors covers the distribution area of whole Chittagong and Dhaka Division in Bangladesh. From year 2005 to 2010, Arin Motors distributed 3000 units of Volvo Eicher trucks with its own distribution channel.

Elite Motors

In 2006, Borotakia group introduced a motorcycle distribution company under the name of Elite Motors which is now distributing Freedom brand motorcycle in Chittagong Division. Also from 2011, it started distributing Mahindra & Mahindra product in Chittagong division as a sole distributor of Rangs Motors Limited.

Borotakia Trading Company

Under the umbrella of the trading company, Borotakia imports various motor parts, kits and related items in bulk.

Body Manufacturing Company

During the success of dominating the distribution business, Borotakia Group ventured into body building business in 1995 named �Borotakia Body Manufacturing Company�. Under this SBU, Borotakia fabricated and built bodies of Buses, Trucks and Pick-Ups. The company�s recent production capacity is 1000 units per year.
